Best Place to raise your kids 09

Not sure how they chose the cities but I don’t remember Fort Wayne being so hilly. Seems like a simple google image or flickr search would have found them a more relevant photo. I am sure their are a few Fort Wayne flickr users that wouldn’t mind seeing one of their photos in BusinessWeek if they asked nicely.
