Time for a new look
Posted by admin under Uncategorized
I am in the process of updating the look and feel of this blog. This is just a temporary template to clean up some of the broken stuff. Over the next couple months I will get it updated and working like I want. In the meantime it should be functional. If it looks weird let me know. I was having some issues with FireFox.

Taking a break part 2?
Posted by admin under Uncategorized
OK I thought I was taking a break. Actually I still am. Part of my break will give me time to come up with a new format that delivers the most content with the least amount of effort from yours truly. Blogging can be as easy or as hard as you make it. I tend to make sure I include all relevant links to give you the most info for your time. This takes time that I don’t have.
My ideal blog would be a combination of this format and a more free form tumblr blog. I have been playing with the tumblr format at http://gfurry.tumblr.com/. I like the fact that I can get auto feeds from my Flickr, Twitter and Google Reader. I don’t like the inconsistent updating via rss and a few other things. I think I will be figuring out a combination based on WordPress and Tumblr. Mr. WordPress Matthew Mullenwegposted about this very topic this week. Hopefully Matt will make my job easier. I am always available for consultation, hint, hint. We’ll see. In the mean time either go to my Tumblr blog or my google Reader shared items for updates.
